FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I don't have set hours as I schedule sessions around your availability.  I understand it can be difficult to find time in your busy schedule.  All sessions are by appointment only.  You can simply call or email me anytime.

I'm based out of La Crosse, WI but travel all over.  I don't utilize an indoor studio so all photo sessions are done at specifically chosen locations customized for you.  I send you a quick questionnaire and based on that information your location(s) are selected.  Have a location in mind?  No problem!  I'm happy to accommodate requested locations as well!

I'm happy to offer the convenience of online payments via debit or credit card.  If you'd rather pay with check or cash I accept that as well.

All sessions, including weddings, include a Free Online Gallery.  All your photos are available to view online on a secure password protected gallery.  You can share your gallery with anyone you would like.  This is perfect for out of town family and friends.  Your Online Gallery is where all print orders are placed.  You simply place your print order online and wait for it to arrive at your home!  No in-person meetings are required.  I also don't offer print packages that force you to order things you don't want or need.  You can order one print or 100 prints.  No limits on quantity, size, or type.

If you have a session scheduled and it's raining or is going to rain I'm happy to reschedule your session.  I want to make sure your session is fun and produces amazing photos.  We'll touch base as your session time gets closer and decide if we should reschedule.
